Me Too Mining Association will always be here to support those that need it. We have transitioned our DIGGER Training Workshop on Effective Allyship and Active Bystander Intervention Strategies to our new Non-Profit: Mine Shift Foundation at www.mineshift.org.
Me Too Mining Association was created to facilitate a conversation about sexual violence, sexual harassment, racism, bullying, intimidation and discrimination experienced by workers in Mining, Mineral Exploration and mining impacted communities.
Me Too Mining Association is working to create recommendations for policy, procedure and training packages to message that inappropriate workplace behaviours are not tolerated, bystander intervention strategies are supported and that a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace culture is the goal.
Me Too is women, men and the beautiful spectrum in-between, finding space to talk about difficult and traumatic experiences, shining a light on dark corners in our lives, healing, sharing burdens, finding resources, finding community, changing cultures, preventing violence and harm and moving our lives forward.
